Eligibility

Participants must be above 18 years old.

Only students may join the event.

Participants must form a team of two to three members.

Only participants from approved countries or regions may join.

Project Requirements

All projects must be created during the hackathon. Work that was built or submitted before the event is not allowed.

You may use open libraries, templates, or low code and no code tools. The main work of the project must still be done during the event.

Every team must submit their project on Devpost before the deadline.

Team Rules

Teams must be registered before submitting a project.

Each team may submit only one project.

Team members must work together in person at the venue.

Submission Requirements

Your submission must include the following items

A project title

A short description of the project

A demo video or a live demo as required by the organizers

Screenshots, links, or extra details that help judges understand your project

A list of tools or technologies used to create the project

Late submissions may not be accepted.

Judging

Projects will be judged based on creativity, technical quality, usefulness, impact, design, user experience, teamwork, and presentation.

Decisions made by the judges are final.

Code of Conduct

Participants must be respectful and kind to everyone at the event.

Harmful language or behavior is not allowed.

Everyone must help maintain a positive and safe environment.

All venue rules and safety guidelines must be followed.

Harassment, cheating, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event.

Ownership

You own the project you create.

By joining the event you allow the organizers to display your project, photos, or videos for documentation and promotion.

Organizer Rights

 

Organisers may update rules, handle disputes, and take necessary action if someone breaks event guidelines.
